Daniel Cohen
is a trial and appellate lawyer with 20 years
of experience in handling complex matters in
state and federal courts throughout the United
States. He also has extensive arbitration experience.
At The Cullen Law Firm, Mr. Cohen has specialized
in representing the Owner Operators Independent
Drivers Association, Inc. in various class
actions pending in federal courts throughout
the country seeking enforcement of the federal
Truth-in-Leasing regulations.
Mr. Cohen served as law clerk to Judge John Lewis Smith
Jr. of the United States District Court for the District
of Columbia, and as staff attorney for the Kentucky Supreme
Court. He also served as Assistant Attorney General for
the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Mr. Cohen's achievements have
included recovery of $30 million in insurance
proceeds for a client in a nationwide class-action
products liability litigation. His representations
have also included advising employees of
Enron in various DOJ and SEC investigations
and litigation.
Mr. Cohen's publications
